Shipping policy

Cost of shipping includes packing materials, labor, and postage. Ceramics require thorough padding and care. If a item is received broken please take a photo and reach out immediately via email at helloalmondave@gmail.com. All shipping materials are reused when possible.

We offer UPS, USPS, and DHL shipping. Prices are based on weight and bulk of items. Items are packed and shipped within three business days. Shipping time will vary from 4 to 10 days within the continental US. Please reach out if an item is missing longer than 15 days from the order date so I can resolve the issue.
